Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4

Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4代表了計算模塊產品線的巨大變化。最大的變化是從DDR2 SODIMM連接器的外形尺寸向板子底部的高密度連接器的轉變。實際上計算模塊4將Raspberry Pi Model B 4的所有最佳功能集成到了更適合嵌入式或OEM應用的外形尺寸中。 該開發板跟Raspberry Pi 4包含了相同的1.5GHz四核64位ARM Cortex-A72 CPU，並能夠通過雙HDMI接口實現4k視頻。它具有帶雙MIPI DSI顯示和CSI-2攝像機接口的單通道PCI 2.0 Express接口。無線功能首次以可選2.4GHz和5GHz IEEE 802.11b / g / n / ac無線LAN和藍牙5.0無線電的形式在計算模組提供。該開發板支持具有IEEE 1588支持的千兆乙太網PHY，並具有28個GPIO引腳，最多具有6×UART，6×I2C和5×SPI。
